Principal's Leadership Resources
Leadership Meetings
Administrators in our BOCES meet periodically to hear the latest news and regulatory advice, share and discuss common issues, and to further their own professional learning. There is no charge to attend these meetings; the cost is built in to component districts' 547 CoSer base fee. To access the record of those sessions, choose your level.
Aspiring Leaders Institute
The Aspiring Leaders Institute offers an effective and economical way for highly qualified teachers to become school administrators through a program administered by Onondaga-Cortland-Madison BOCES in partnership with local school districts and higher education.
